Royal Ribs on the Grill
Difficulty: medium
Preparation Time: 3 hours + overnight marination
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon Royal spice blend
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the Royal spice blend, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Brush the ribs with olive oil and then evenly coat them with the prepared marinade.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove the ribs from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature.
- Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade, about 2-3 hours, until they are tender and crispy.
- Serve with fresh coleslaw salad or grilled vegetables.
2. Recipe
Slow-Roasted Royal Ribs
Difficulty: easy
Preparation Time: 4 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon Royal spice blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 ml beer or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 120°C.
- Brush the ribs with olive oil and evenly season them with the Royal spice blend.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and add beer or broth. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for 3 hours, then remove the aluminum foil and brush the ribs with maple syrup.
- Increase the temperature to 200°C and bake for an additional 30 minutes to create a crispy crust.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite side dish.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
