Simple Gingerbread Cookies
Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 30 minutes + dough chilling
Ingredients:
- 350 g plain flour
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice mix
Method:
- In a bowl, mix flour with sugar and gingerbread spice.
- Add egg, honey, and melted butter, and knead into a smooth dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut out various shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool and decorate with icing or sprinkle with sugar as desired.

Gingerbread Cheesecake
Difficulty: medium
Preparation time: 2 hours + chilling
Ingredients:
- 200 g gingerbread cookies
- 100 g melted butter
- 500 g soft quark
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice mix
- Gelatin according to package instructions
Method:
- Crush the gingerbread cookies and mix with melted butter. Spread this mixture as a base in a mold and keep in the fridge.
- In a bowl, whip quark with sugar, eggs, cream, and gingerbread spice until smooth.
- Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions and mix into the quark mixture.
- Pour the cream mixture over the base and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Decorate with whipped cream and gingerbread cookies before serving.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.
Gift Packaging (doypack):
We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
