1. Recipe

Simple Gingerbread Cookies

Difficulty: easy

Preparation time: 30 minutes + dough chilling

Ingredients:

350 g plain flour
100 g powdered sugar
1 egg
100 g butter
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon gingerbread spice mix

Method:

In a bowl, mix flour with sugar and gingerbread spice.
Add egg, honey, and melted butter, and knead into a smooth dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut out various shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool and decorate with icing or sprinkle with sugar as desired.

2. Recipe

Gingerbread Cheesecake

Difficulty: medium

Preparation time: 2 hours + chilling

Ingredients:

200 g gingerbread cookies
100 g melted butter
500 g soft quark
200 ml whipping cream
100 g powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon gingerbread spice mix
Gelatin according to package instructions

Method:

Crush the gingerbread cookies and mix with melted butter. Spread this mixture as a base in a mold and keep in the fridge.
In a bowl, whip quark with sugar, eggs, cream, and gingerbread spice until smooth.
Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions and mix into the quark mixture.
Pour the cream mixture over the base and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Decorate with whipped cream and gingerbread cookies before serving.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
