Chicken Pieces with Chubritsa

Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons of Chubritsa seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Method:

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and coat them with the Chubritsa mix.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken pieces on all sides until golden brown.
  3. Continue to bake at medium heat until the chicken is well done, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  4. Let the meat rest for a while before serving and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of Chubritsa seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic in it.
  2. Add the bell pepper and tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and Chubritsa.
