Herb Baked Fish in Oven
Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 fillets of white fish (e.g., cod, tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of "Herb Fish" spice mix
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, then coat with olive oil and sprinkle with "Herb Fish" spice mix.
- Place the fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and put one or two slices of lemon on each fillet.
- Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked and easily flakes apart.
- Serve with boiled vegetables or a salad.

Grilled Herb Fish
Difficulty: medium
Preparation time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 fillets of white fish (e.g., salmon, trout)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of "Herb Fish" spice mix
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Herbs for garnish (e.g., parsley, dill)
Instructions:
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, then mix in a marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and "Herb Fish" spice mix. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
- Grill the fish for about 4–5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside.
- Serve the grilled fish with fresh herbs and lemon slices.

Economical (scoops):
We will fill the spices into a paper bag for you, just as you would get spices at the market. The bag will be labeled with the name of the spice. After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.
Gift Packaging (doypack):
We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
