1. Recipe

Delicious Italian Bolognese

Difficulty: medium

Preparation time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon mixed ground meat spices
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 400 g canned tomatoes in pieces
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 250 ml beef broth
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté onion and carrot until soft.
  2. Add garlic and ground meat, fry until brown.
  3. Mix in ground meat spices, tomato paste, and fry for a while.
  4. De-glaze with wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
  5. Add tomatoes and beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

2. Recipe

Ground Meatballs in Cream Sauce

Difficulty: easy

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g ground pork or mixed meat
  • 1 tablespoon mixed ground meat spices
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 ml beef broth
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix ground meat with meat spices, egg, and breadcrumbs, and form small balls.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the balls until golden on all sides.
  3. Add beef broth and cream, add mustard and stir.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve with your favorite side, e.g., boiled potatoes or rice, and garnish with parsley.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
