1. Recipe

Grilled Eggplant

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized eggplants, sliced into 1 cm thick pieces
1 tablespoon of "Grill Seasoning without Salt"
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Fresh basil for garnish

Method:

Brush the eggplant slices with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with the "Grill Seasoning without Salt".
Let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill eggplants on each side for 3-4 minutes, or until caramelized and soft.
Serve garnished with fresh basil.

2. Recipe

Grilled Steak

Difficulty: Medium

Preparation Time: 1 hour (including marinating)

Ingredients:

2 beef steaks, about 200 g each
1 tablespoon of "Grill Seasoning without Salt"
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Method:

In a large bowl, mix the "Grill Seasoning without Salt" with olive oil and Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
Coat the steaks in the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally longer for a more intense flavor.
Preheat the grill to high heat and grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness, usually 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare.
Let the steaks rest under foil for 5 minutes before serving.
