1. Recipe

Mexican Beef Tacos

Difficulty: easy

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 pack of tacos
  • 1 tablespoon of Mexican seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 200 g of tomato puree
  • 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Fresh cilantro, grated cheese, and sour cream for serving

Method:

  1. In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the ground beef and Mexican seasoning, and fry until the meat is nicely browned.
  2. Add tomato puree and beans and cook on medium heat for another 10 minutes.
  3. Fill the tacos with the meat mixture, sprinkle with cilantro and cheese, and drizzle with sour cream.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the authentic Mexican taste.

2. Recipe

Mexican Quinoa

Difficulty: medium

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon of Mexican seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for serving

Method:

  1. In a medium-sized pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the peppers until soft.
  2. Add quinoa and Mexican seasoning, fry until the quinoa is coated with the seasoning, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered until quinoa is soft and broth is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the corn and drizzle with lime juice. Let rest for 5 minutes under the lid.
  5. Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley or cilantro.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
