Traditional Czech Meatloaf
Difficulty: medium
Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground pork
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of "Homemade Meatloaf" seasoning mix
- 1 older roll, soaked in milk and squeezed out
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix both types of ground meat with the "Homemade Meatloaf" seasoning mix.
- Add the soaked roll, egg, onion, and garlic, and mix well.
- Taste the mixture and if necessary, add salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into an elongated loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 1 hour until the meatloaf is golden brown and well cooked through.

Homemade Grilled Meatloaf
Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon of "Homemade Meatloaf" seasoning mix
- Breadcrumbs from one roll
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with the "Homemade Meatloaf" seasoning mix.
- Add the breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, ketchup, and diced bell pepper, and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape the meat into loaves or burger patties and let them rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Grill on a preheated grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until well cooked through.

After delivery, we recommend you transfer the spices into a spice jar or a sealable container to maintain their quality. This option is recommended for replenishing home supplies.

We will send the spices to you in a gift resealable doypack bag with a clear window. The bag looks very nice, and your spices will stay fresh and fragrant for a long time. The bag can be refilled repeatedly. Choose this option if you do not have other sealable storage for spices or if you wish to give it as a gift.
