Recipe: Spicy Chicken Salad

Spicy Chicken Salad

Difficulty: easy

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of "Spicy Salad" seasoning mix
Mix of salad leaves (arugula, iceberg, spinach)
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, thinly sliced
For dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Method:

Wash, dry the chicken breasts and sprinkle with "Spicy Salad" seasoning mix.
Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through on each side.
Let the cooked chicken breasts rest for a while and then slice them into strips.
In a bowl, mix salad leaves, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and season the salad with it.
Arrange the salad on plates, top with strips of chicken, and drizzle with the remaining dressing.
