Devilish Pork Ribs

Difficulty: medium

Preparation Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon of Devil's spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and dry the ribs, remove any excess fat.
  2. Mix the spice with honey, oil, and vinegar and rub the ribs well with this mixture.
  3. Let the ribs rest in the marinade in the cool for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake the ribs covered with a lid or aluminum foil for 1.5 hours.
  5. Finally, uncover the ribs and increase the temperature to 200°C, bake until crispy and golden, about 15-20 minutes.

Devilish Spicy Potatoes

Difficulty: easy

Preparation Time: 55 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of potatoes, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon of Devil's spice mix
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste (remember that the mix already contains salt)

Method:

  1. Wash, dry, and quarter the potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, Devil's spice, oil, and salt if needed.
  3. Spread the potatoes on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are soft and crispy on the surface.
