1. Recipe

Simple Thai Grilled Chicken

Difficulty: easy

Preparation Time: 45 minutes plus marinating

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
200 ml of white yogurt
3 tablespoons of "Thai Grill" spice mix
1 tablespoon of lime juice
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Method:

In a bowl, mix yogurt, "Thai Grill" spice mix, lime juice, garlic, and salt.
Add chicken pieces and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Remove chicken pieces from the marinade, coat with vegetable oil, and place on the grill.
Grill for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is cooked and grill marks appear.
Serve with rice or fresh salad.

2. Recipe

Thai Grilled Vegetables

Difficulty: medium

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Various vegetables for grilling (peppers, onions, zucchini), chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of "Thai Grill" spice mix
1 tablespoon of lime juice
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Method:

Mix the vegetables with oil, "Thai Grill" spice mix, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Let the vegetables marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the vegetables on medium heat or bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until soft and grill marks appear.
Serve as a side dish or a healthy vegetarian option.
