Ingredients: nightshade root, lavender blossom, St. John's wort, St. John's wort root, rosehip root, willow bark, lemon balm, vervain root

Use: 1 tablespoon pour 1/4 hot water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1 - 3 times a day for discomfort.

TIP: if you avoid herbal teas because you don't have time to constantly wash out the herb strainer, use our Bombilla. The Bombilla is a straw, topped with a strainer, through which you do not strain the herbs. After drinking the tea, you simply rinse the sediment out of the mug.
