One of our most popular Krumlov teas. Improves memory, concentration, suitable for studying or demanding mental work. We recommend drinking in the morning - the effectiveness of the tea lasts up to 8 hours.
Ingredients: ginkgo leaf, Asian navel flower, rosemary leaf, bay leaf, lemongrass, rosemary leaf, maté leaf
Usage: 1tbsp pour 1/4 hot water over the herb and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 times a day as needed.
Caution.
TIP: If you avoid herbal teas because you don't have time to constantly wash out the herb strainer, use our Bombilla. The Bombilla is a straw, topped with a strainer, through which you do not strain the herbs. After drinking the tea, you simply rinse the sediment out of the mug.
