Description

Instructions for using the inhaler stick:

Uncover the inhaler stick by removing the protective cap.
Place the stick close to one nostril while gently holding the other closed.
Take a deep breath through your nose to allow the essential oils to enter your respiratory tract. Hold your breath for a few seconds, then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Repeat the process with the other nostril.
Use as needed, but do not exceed 2-3 breaths four times a day.
After use, carefully close the stick with the protective cap and store in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight.
Do not use the stick if you are allergic to any of its components.
The inhaler stick is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
