Ingredients: lemongrass, ginkgo leaf, dandelion leaf, strawberry leaf, blackberry leaf, blackcurrant leaf, gotu kola herb

Usage: Pour 250ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes and strain. Drink in the morning hours.

Warning: Not recommended before bedtime.

TIP: If you avoid herbal teas because you don't have time to constantly clean the herb strainer, use our Bombilla. The Bombilla is a straw with a filter at the end, allowing you to drink tea without swallowing herbs. After drinking, simply rinse the residue from the cup.
