Rosehip provides vitamin C, echinacea has strong antibacterial effects, so it's great for boosting immunity. Together with nettle, it also purifies the blood, and plantain will clear your mind. Drink the tea all year round.

Ingredients: rosehip fruit, blackcurrant leaf, elderflower, echinacea flower, plantain leaf, nettle flower, burdock flower, eleutherococcus root

Use: 1 tablespoon pour 1/4 hot water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1 - 3 times a day, always fresh.

TIP: if you avoid herbal teas because you don't have time to constantly wash out the herb strainer, use our Bombilla. The Bombilla is a straw, topped with a strainer, through which you do not strain the herbs. After drinking the tea, you simply rinse the sediment out of the mug.
