Ingredients: birch leaf, nettle leaf, horsetail leaf, echinacea leaf, burdock leaf

Use: 1 tablespoon pour 1/4 hot water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. 5 minutes to breathe, stirring for 5 minutes.
